Advantage And Disadvantage Of Water Cool System

Here I have a request for help to make about the tutorial PSD, and discharge them when they go to open I get only 1 image that represents the icon of the result of tutorial .... but where's the explanation?? I open them with photoshop, right?? or wrong program? in particular should be automatic but should be open with Potoshop from what little I understand. Help me, someone explain to me this mystery .... haha Thanks
